Virtual meeting to introduce you to our professional team, present our internal process within our services, share deliverables within the service most fitting with your needs, and address additional questions. 45-60 minutes and also free of charge. 

In-person meeting to walk through the proposed spaces within the home, discuss homeowner's desires, pain points, goals, etc. We review the service(s) most fitting to the proposed scope of work. Each potential client receives a follow-up report as a reference to all the information shared in the consultation meeting. 

In-person meeting to review and sign our letter of agreement.  This document contains all details within the scope of the project and the process throughout our collaboration with the new client. During this meeting, we also reserve time to review and discuss the inspirational images previously collected and shared with our team of professionals. New clients are asked to create a Pinterest board that speaks to their style and functionality. This provides a strong foundation to utilize within the design curation phase. 

Once the letter of agreement is finalized, the fun begins!  We begin curating a design concept for each space(s). We begin with preliminary design plans for construction projects, and space planning for styling curations. We then move into proposed materials & selections included in each space(s). Once preliminary plans are stable, we share with the proposed builder(s) to generate construction bids. Meanwhile, we finalize selections & visualizes to gear up for our formal design presentation.

In person meeting to display and discuss each detail within the design concept of each space. Proper renderings, space planning, and product samples are presented to provide a tangible idea of what the results will look and feel like. Multi-level projects are presented in two phases; phase 1 is to present hard selections, and phase 2 is to present furnishings & styling layered over hard selections. 

Once design concept is approved we begin product management to alleviate stress and headache for the client. We order all materials and products included in the design curation, outside of the builder's scope. We track orders, receive & inspect shipments, troubleshoot potential damage or defects, and safely house everything in our storage warehouse until it's time to coordinate delivery. 

The most exciting phase for everyone involved! The scale of the project will determine how much time is required for project installation. Some require a day, some require multiple weeks, but seeing it all come together is truly magical. Together with our team of professionals, we coordinate material installation guidelines and we conduct routine site visits to oversee progress. We coordinate a styling install schedule, so clients receive a smooth transition into the big reveal following construction. With hugs and giant smiles, we welcome the client into their new beautiful and functional space(s).
