In-person meeting to further discuss the details of the project, the process within our services, and determine which service aligns best with the client's needs. Each potential client receives a follow-up report as a reference to all information shared in the consultation meeting. 

In-person meeting to review and sign our letter of agreement.  This document contains all details within the scope of the project and the process throughout our collaboration with the new client. During this meeting, we also reserve time to review and discuss the inspirational images previously collected and shared with our team of professionals. New clients are asked to create a Pinterest board that speaks to their style and functionality. This provides a strong foundation to utilize within the design curation phase. 

Once the letter of agreement is finalized, the fun begins!  We begin curating a design concept for each space(s), work on proper renderings, as well as gather samples of materials & products included in the curation. A trades day is scheduled for projects including construction work to generate a project proposal. 

In person or virtual meeting to display and discuss each detail within the design concept of each space. Proper renderings, space planning, and product samples are presented to provide a tangible idea of what the results will look and feel like. Multi-level projects are presented in two phases; phase 1 is to present hard selections, and phase 2 is to present furnishings & styling layered over hard selections. 

Once design concept is approved we begin project management to alleviate stress and headache for the client. We order all materials and products included in the design curation.. We coordinate schedules with partnering contractors and sub-contractors, coordinate delivery of materials and products, and oversee design execution by conducting weekly site visits with construction projects.  We coordinate the project installation schedule, so clients receive a smooth transition into the big reveal. 

The most exciting phase for everyone involved! The wait is over and clients see the vision turn into reality! The scale of the project will determine how much time is required for project installation. Some require a day, some require a week or more, but seeing it all come together is truly magical. Together with our team of professionals, we install each item so clients don't have to lift a finger or clean up any messes. With hugs and giant smiles, we welcome the client into their new beautiful and functional space(s).
