After a year of unknowns, we're diving even deeper into the unknown by growing the Tyler Interiors team! If anything, 2020 reminded me how important hope and faith are in times of adversity. With so much uncertainty, worry and anxiety seemed at the forefront for the greater part of last year.

It wasn't until I pushed pause to reflect on my accomplishments within my business throughout 2020. So much was taking place under the surface, and I'm so thankful for the wonderful clients who poured into Tyler Interiors during these trying times. They had a choice, and they chose to give me a chance.

At the conclusion of 2020, I quickly realized I need help within the internal walls of the business; therefore, planning and organization were in order. The first scheduled meeting was with my accountant. Clarity on business finances is crucial when running a business, and I had to know what I had available to offer a potential hire. With this, also the revenue necessary to sustain a new hire within the business.

When searching for assistants, it was imperative I find people who can maximize in the daily or weekly tasks of each project, but who also align with the Tyler Interiors business model. I know my strengths and I also know my weaknesses, and it remains crucial these candidates balance out the skill sets within our internal office. The strengths within our roles amplify our internal systems and processes which in turn elevates the overall client experience. Client experience will always remain top priority at Tyler Interiors.

I am really excited for this new chapter with my business adventure! It's a constant feeling of riding two different roller coasters at the same time. It's scary, it's exhilarating, and it's incredibly motivating to keep going. As last year has taught me, consistency and determination will keep this train moving, and I have my hope and faith leading me as the conductor. Please help me welcome our newest members to the Tyler Interiors family!

Maggie Morse | Designer/ Project Manager

Maggie comes to us as a MSU alumni with a BA degree in interior design. Following graduation, she dove right into the industry with two internships within commercial design, and she recently expanded on her knowledge of residential design with a local design firm in the Charlotte, NC area.

Her exceptional skills in organization and technology allow her to manage our projects of various sizes with confidence and ease. Along with project management, Maggie assists with product selections in soft furnishings and hard finishes. Her enthusiasm and her attention to detail are two of the many assets she brings with her each week. Her work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile are an added bonus.

In her free time Maggie enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends. She loves to quiet her mind over a canvas and paintbrush. You can find her beautiful work on Instagram @margaretlouisestudio, where she showcases her love for art and travel and the relationship between the two.

Anna Davidson | Intern/ Design Assistant

Anna joins our team as an enthusiastic student of New York Institute of Art & Design, where she is studying interior design courses online. The flexibility of her schedule allows the opportunity for her to gain a plethora of knowledge with hands on experience within our industry, while focusing on her studies and course assignments.

Keeping up with this fast pace industry is no easy task, but Anna is already showing us she's more than capable. She has a keen eye for functional design, and her love for organization helps keep our internal systems running smoothly each week. Anna assists with preparation for project meetings, maintains organization within internal systems, and accompanies me on weekly project site visits to gather notes and updates. She is a blessing to have on our team because her eagerness to learn paired with her ability to focus enhances our productivity each week.

In her free time Anna enjoys spending time with her large family. She is blessed with loving parents who have chosen to nurture their children in the freedom of discovering who they are and where their souls really thrive. Like Anna, many of her siblings have chosen paths in various creative industries, and I think this is so lovely.

I am thankful for our clients who have chosen Tyler Interiors to help them elevate their lives within their homes. It is an honor I do not take lightly. With new team members and new projects, I'm excited to see what's ahead on this business adventure. We are ready to take 2021 to the next level! Won't you join us?
